A nice recommendation for us by Jo Berry

A nice recommendation for us by artist Jo Berry, who we helped promote for her digital light exhibition Hijacking Natural Systems.

JO BERRY:Testimonial for Another Voice -    ‘I employed Nick Britten & Helen Britten  (Another Voice ) to work for me on a project called: “ Hijacking Natural Systems: A Voyage of discovery inside our cells”

The work was funded by Arts council England and The Wellcome Trust. Total monies I had to produce this exhibition and work in collaboration with scientists at The School of Biomedical Sciences in Nottingham totalled £54,000.   As part of the monies I had a budget to pay for Marketing and PR something I had not really paid enough attention too in the past but something I now know is absolutely essential.

It was a really good investment, and has lifted my profile as an artist considerably.   The monies I invested with Another Voice more than paid for itself with local, national and international coverage in newspapers, magazines and online publications.  BBC Derby also interviewed me about the exhibition and research work I was undertaking.   Nick Britten  covered all bases, he did a really succinct Press Releases, had a good rapport with Press Officers at the Wellcome Trust and Arts Council England.   I  had regular meetings with Helen and Nick  to discuss strategies and to try and get as much coverage and interest as possible.

Another Voice  were supportive, interested in what I was doing and successfully built my profile as an artist at a pivotal point in my career.   I strongly recommend them to you , they are clear thinking, open minded Marketing and PR Professional who works hard for their clients.   Because of Nick Brittens background as a journalist, he knows how to write and communicate very well and knows the business thoroughly.    I strongly recommend them , I have completely valued their input and I would definitely use them again in the future (when funds are available) and I warmly recommend them to you. ‘  February 2012
