Another Voice presents a full day course to improve your presentation and achieve greater sales
This course applies to you, and anyone else in your organisation who talks to your customers. Sometimes it will be you. Sometimes others will see or speak to your customers before you, on the telephone or in person.

We are carrying out a number of courses throughout Derbyshire – our next one is July 10th 2012 at QUAD, Derby.
Our aim is to turn you into a confident and authoritative presenter and networker. Using a range of unique and enjoyable exercises, you will achieve significant new skills to improve you personally and professionally, including greater sales skills, improved networking and telephone capabilities, greater confidence when delivering your pitch or presentation and when you are dealing with customers.
The Another Voice team has been joined by Keith Loring, former chief executive of Derby County Football Club and Derbyshire County Cricket Club, who will add his 30 years’ of top level sales and marketing experience to the mix along with Nick Britten, the Daily Telegraph journalist, public relations expert and experienced trainer and broadcaster, and Paul Smith, the professionally trained vocal and movement expert who is head of a theatre company.
All our courses include refreshments and lunch. For the July 10th course our venue is QUAD, Derby’s multi-million pound arts and multimedia facility. Accommodation can be arranged through our partners at the Holiday Inn in Derby. QUAD is located centrally with good bus routes and ample parking nearby. Another Voice is delighted to offer a free pick-up service for delegates from Derby train station.
